• Plans provide monthly credits for generation. Credit usage and plan limits are described on the Pricing page.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated book outputs for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and ensuring legal compliance before publication or distribution.

5) Prohibited Use

• No generation of content that violates applicable intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
• No abuse of the platform, security probing, or automated misuse that harms service reliability.

6) Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

You understand and agree that ImagineYourBook.com is not responsible for any losses, claims, legal disputes, publishing outcomes, regulatory actions, reputational harms, or damages arising from generated or published content. You are solely responsible for all generated content and downstream use.
