These Terms govern your use of ImagineYourBook.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Description

ImagineYourBook.com provides AI-assisted tools to generate draft books and export files (for example PDF or Word). Output quality and factual accuracy are not guaranteed.

2) Eligibility and Account Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• If you use Google sign-in, Google's authentication terms and privacy practices also apply to that sign-in interaction. Google sign-in does not give us access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google services.
• If checkout is offered before signup, we may create a temporary account session to preserve your book idea. You must claim it through the checkout email or sign in to the matching existing account to retain access across devices.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

3) Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Plans provide monthly credits for generation. Credit usage and plan limits are described on the Pricing page.
• The introductory Author trial is $0 for 7 days and includes the stated first-book allowance. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it renews at $29.99 per month. The secure checkout shows the controlling price, renewal date, taxes, and cancellation terms before you confirm.
• Trials are limited to one per customer/account. If a checkout email belongs to an account that has already used a trial, a duplicate trial may be cancelled and no additional free generation credit will be granted; the saved idea can still be restored after secure sign-in.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed.

4) Content Ownership and Commercial Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated book outputs for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and ensuring legal compliance before publication or distribution.

5) Prohibited Use

• No illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or rights-infringing use.
• No generation of content that violates applicable intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
• No abuse of the platform, security probing, or automated misuse that harms service reliability.

6) Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ImagineYourBook.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or legal suitability of generated content.

You understand and agree that ImagineYourBook.com is not responsible for any losses, claims, legal disputes, publishing outcomes, regulatory actions, reputational harms, or damages arising from generated or published content. You are solely responsible for all generated content and downstream use.

7) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify ImagineYourBook.com and its operators from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your publication/distribution of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons.

9) Affiliate Program

Applications to the ImagineYourBook affiliate program, referral attribution, commission eligibility, and payouts are administered through Lemon Squeezy and are subject to the terms and account-specific settings presented during application and in the Lemon Squeezy Affiliate Hub.

• Only valid, qualifying payments attributed under the program rules earn commission. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be rejected, withheld, or reversed.
• Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their commercial relationship with ImagineYourBook wherever required by law or platform rules. Affiliates may not use deceptive claims, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, trademark bidding or domain names that create confusion, or any promotion that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Published commission rates and attribution windows describe the current standard offer, not a guarantee of future terms or earnings. We may review applications, enforce program rules, and change or discontinue the program prospectively. The Affiliate Hub is the source of truth for each affiliate's current settings.

10) Cookies and Tracking

Book gift referrals

Customers with a recorded payment and current paid access may share a book gift link, subject to the availability shown in their account. Gifts are for new, verified accounts that have not started a book or made a payment. Claim before starting your first free trial book and finish it within 30 days to receive three bonus credits each for you and the sender. The free book is the standard Small Book trial. Bonus credits have no cash value, apply to the current credit cycle of each account, expire at its reset, and follow the normal account access rules. One gift per person; self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and abuse are not eligible. Limits may change for future claims; already accepted gifts retain their 30-day qualification window. Earlier manual referral promises remain honored through support.

Meta Pixel, the OpenAI Ads browser pixel, and optional analytics or advertising cookies are used only after user consent. A confirmed trial may also be reported through OpenAI's cookieless server-side Conversions API with limited event and landing-page attribution data; hashed customer identifiers and cookie-derived browser references are omitted when optional consent was not given. Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement may also operate in consent mode for limited cookieless measurement. Lemon Squeezy's affiliate script provides cookieless referral attribution when a visitor follows an affiliate link. 11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted with an updated date.
